What Could Cause Menstrual Irregularity?

Hi, My girlfriend was having period on 4th march and we had sex on 12 march after that she had i-pill within 4 hrs After that she had period on 20th march for 3 days .. Now we thought her period cycle change and next period date would be 20th April but now today is 26th April and still she is not having periods also we had home pregnancy test on 24th evening and it s shows negative 1)still there is chance of pregnancy? 2)what is expected date of her periods?

Hello,

Sometimes Periods gets delayed by hormonal changes in the body after sexual intercourse, weakness, anxiety and stress.

If you guys had unprotected sexual intercourse after her periods i.e after 20th of March and not taken any contraceptive then there are the chances of getting pregnant. I suggest she should go for a pregnancy test.
