What Could Cause Missed Periods, Dark Stools, Mood Swings With HPT Being Negative?

I missed my period the last 2 months and the last sign of menstrual cycle was spotting for 2 days. I had unprotected sex. I have been experiencing dark forest green stool. I have alot of mood swings, urinate more then usual, and crave so much food. Ive taken 3 dollar pregnancy tests and they have came out negative. Im confused! Am I pregnant?

Hi,

Your symptoms might be due pregnancy or Premenstrual Tension. As you have missed your periods for 2 months, it's better to go ahead with serum beta HCG test which is more reliable than HPT. It helps you to rule out pregnancy & so we can assess the underlying pathology if any.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
