What Could Cause Missed Periods Followed By Spotting?

hi, um I m 27, haven t had a period in I want to say a lil over 2 yrs, and am now spotting, what could be the cause of that? or do I need to just go to the er if it don t stop I ve been spotting for a week today, and whats the best home pregnancy test to get when I have hormone issues? plz help

If unprotected intercourse history present than pregnancy can be ruled out by urine Hcg test by card method...

You have spotting since two year according to history for which you needs to investigate with USG and pelvic examination....

If fibroid, endometriosis like condition detected than treated accordingly....

If no specific organic cause present than hormonal profile checked and if needed suitable hormonal drug prescribed like norethisterone..
