What Could Cause Missed Periods?

Hi a question my sister asked me that has completely stumped me.She is currently taking a antidepressant drug and is also taking Microgynon but she has'nt been getiing periods for a while now and when taking a pregnancy test they are showing inconclusive. Have you any idea why this could be happening ?
