What Could Cause Months Without Periods Followed By Prolonged Bleeding And Tingling In My Hands And Feet?

Hi, My periods stopped on April 19th this year and I didn’t have any periods even though I’m not on birth control and I wasn’t sexually active then. On July 2nd I started spotting, it lasted up until August 17, then I started bleeding like normal period from August 18 up till now August 21. I’m concerned because the bleeding is just consistent and I’m having tingling sensation under my feet and my palms and left wrist
