What Could Cause Morning Headaches, Weakness, Ringing Ears, Fainting, Shortness Of Breath, Chest Tightness, And Heart Pain?

Hello, good morning I would like to ask you for your advices , if that ok. My head hurts every morning when I wake up, my body always feel weak, my ears sometimes ring(really loud sometime) I will faint and am easily out of breath, my chest will feel tight and sometime it s really hard to breathe, when I move around I am easily out of breath even when I don t move around, when I sit or move up or down my heart will hurt me and beat really loud I did go to the doctor about it and they say it not my heart it s my chest but I know it my heart because I know my body and it hurts really bad, can you please tell me what wrong with me
