What Could Cause My Left Eyelid To Move Involuntarily While Chewing Since Childhood?

I want your guidance please While chewing my left eyelid moves involuntary... i feel really ashamed and I cannot eat in-front of anyone I don’t know its a dermatological issue or ophthalmological issue Please guide me what should i do as its happening with me since my early childhood PS: i am going to be married soon I don’t know how to hide this issue from husband and in-laws I really need your help
