What Could Cause My Teenage Daughter To Have Uncontrollable Spasms And Brief Confusion On The Right Side Of Her Body Twice A Week For The Past Five Weeks?

My daughter (14 years old) keeps having spasms on the right side of her body, normally her arm spasms but occasionally her leg and head. She describes it as “feeling a very strong chill, then my arm moves” she can’t seem to control it. From my perspective it just looks like stops talking and her arm and leg jerk, she gets confused afterwards but is fine. This has been happening around twice a week for about five weeks
