What Could Cause My Toddler To Speak Only Single Words Or Short Phrases Despite Normal Social Interaction?

Hi, my daughter is 4.8 years old and she speaks only words and sometimes joins two or three words. Doesn’t show any repetitive behaviour and tries to interact with children and always want to be a part of activities at home . What is the problem with her and how it could be diagnosed.
