General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Removal of thyroid leads to inadvarent removal of another gland called parathyroid that accompanies thyroid. This results in calcium disturbances leading to symptoms of hypocalcemia causing pains, spasms, irritability.
It is also possible that you had heat stroke due to extreme (i guess hot) temperature exposure.
get yourself examined by a doctor for best result.
all the best.
