What Could Cause Nausea, Headaches, Imbalance And Dizziness?

I am 24 years old , have no any desease or past history for any health problems,,but recently, I suffere from headeche, nuasea, sometimes unbalance gait and lightening sensation...the nuasea come after eating, and about the headeche I take paracetmole but not effective ...so please, what can I do???

Hi,

Take tablets like Meclizine for motion sickness and vestibular imbalance. Sometimes, it may be due to Meniere's disease. Do refer an ENT specialist.
