What Could Cause On And Off Right Side Chest Pain When Bending Down Or Sideways?
For the past few months, i have right side chest pain only when i bend down or sideways. Pain will just last for a few seconds and if i straighten up, it will go immediately. Also it is not happening always when i bend , sometimes it is causing some pain and sometimes not.
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic. I can understand your concern. Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more in your case. Your pain is related to movement. And this is characteristic of musculoskeletal pain. Pain is mostly due to muscle spasm because of awkward position of the body. Pain is actually protective mechanism so that we can not damage our body further by bending further. So avoid movements causing pain. Avoid strenuous exercise and heavyweight lifting. Apply warm water pad on affected areas. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs. Avoid bad postures in sleep. Don't worry, you will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
