What Could Cause Oozing Foam From Nose Before Death?
Hello. My very best died the second of May, unexpected. i found him with foam coming from his nose and into his mouth and he was gasping for air. paramedics couldn t save him and he passed away. he was a obese man and only 30 years of age. would you know why foam would have came out of his nose?

this foam is nothing but the saliva with excess of air in it,and this foam which came out of the nose is the same which came from the mouth .
as mouth and nose are connected through nasopharynx
