What Could Cause Pain And Itching In The Hands And Feet?

Hi, this is a random question, but I get these itching pain in my hands and feet every now and then they ache and itch at the same time usually under my feet like the heel and my palm. It’s a weird feeling but it wears off within a day. Just curious what it could be

It could be an allergy. Or else it could a diabetic neuropathy. Due to vitamin deficiencies. So let's first evaluate you with blood investigation.
