What Could Cause Pain And Tingling Through Both Arms Down To The Finger Tips During Sinus Infection And Bad Coughing Spell?

I currently have a sinus infection that has just broken loose, and when I get a bad coughing spell I am experiencing intense pain and tingling through both arms down to my fingertips that can last anywhere from a couple seconds to 5 mins. Any suggestions on what could cause this?

Sometimes anti allergics may lead to this kind of symptoms but most convincing will be cervical cord compression of the nerves.
