What Could Cause Pain In Chest, Upper Back, Jaws Along With Pelvic Pain And Delayed Periods?

Hi. I have pain in my chest, upper back and some pain in my left arm and left jaw. ER doctor said it's inflamed muscles around ribcage but medicine isn't helping the pain. Could it be something else? EKG was normal. I also skipped a period and have pelvic pains if I push on the area.
