What Could Cause Pain In Trachea When Inhaling While Being On CPAP For Sleep Apnea?

I have a pain in my trachea about 2 inches to the right (anatomical view) of my Adam.s apple when I inhale.
I have emphysema and sleep apnea requiring me to wear the CPAP with oxygen concentrator supplement.
when I sleep. My PCP and three specialists have no clue except possibly from the CPAP therapy.

Hi, pain on inhalation, 2 inches from Adams apple is definitely a neuralgic pain. May be from, CAp therapy.
But if pain is localized then we can think of other inflammatory conditions in neck.
