Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He has pain in his left upper abdomen. It can be due to some liver disease, kidney disease, pancreatic problems or some other cause. You should go for ultrasound abdomen, complete liver function test, serum amylase and lipase level. This will help you to find the exact cause.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
