What Could Cause Pain On The Left Hand Side Towards Chest Area?

i couldnt sleep in my left hand side.It gets unfortable near my breast( or chest area,at my left, not sure how to call that part) when i sleep that way. so i always sleep on my right hand side. i do not know why :( i need HELP! why do i feel that way? by the way iam 18 years old.female.no pregnancy or anything.

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Because worrying and anxiety could create problems which has no physical explanations. The pain you are mentioning could be due to some bruise or some ligamental twist in your left chest area. Very common for medium obese people. Proper exercises can cure it. Acidity is another cause whichh pressurises your chest cavity thereby you feel uneasy and full. Third cause coul be psychological as I told you earlier.
