Hello and welcome to health Care Magic.
You seem to have got oral mucositis with aphthous ulcerations. It may be effect of a viral infection or allergy or due to some hot item you have consumed or secondary to your acidity problem. You need to take a combination of antiallergic, antacid and Zinc based multivitamin. Along with this take a triamcinolone based oral paste for local application. Take plenty of liquids orally. Avoid spicy and oily food for next few days. Avoid taking tea and coffee for next 5 days. You will be alright soon.
