What Could Cause Persistent Anal Itching For 7 Months, Especially At Night And After Bathing, With Occasional Needle-like Sensations?

Hi I have this itchiness in my anus for 7months now, usually it itch during night time and after waking up in the morning and after i take a bath.sometimes its super intense that i can hardly sleep.there are times i felt a pricking needle in my surrounding anus. Can you please help me know my condition and how to be cured. Thank you
