What Could Cause Persistent Burning In Mouth, Lips, And Nose With Red Palatoglossal Arches And Swollen Neck Node?

Palaglossal arches on both sides are reddish/purple. Mouth , inside of lips and nose burns. If eyes water they burn also. On my 2nd round of antibiotics, prednisone and anti fungal med this time. Swollen lymph node in neck. Had a CT W/WO contrast. Came back all clear going on for 2.5 to 3 months. My Dr. Is stumped
