What Could Cause Persistent Knee Pain, Fluid Buildup With Calcium Phosphate Crystals, And A Femur Cyst After TKA And Revision Surgery?

I had a TKA replacement in Feb. 19 and a revision, in Feb 20, due to blood and extreme immflamuation, Tissue was stuck between new joint and had a bigger spacer put in. it has continued to bother me, and I had MRI last week, and the DR. said it was really a waist of time, but I had a lot of fluid behind patella, and a cyst inside the femur bone from a gap, when I got the new knee, Yesterday I had 50 cc of fluid drained from knee, and it was orange.red. results have flagged a few things, 1 macrophage flanges says (MANY) Appreance (HAZY) body fluid (orange/red) ,crystals are flagged BF crystals , calcium phosphate crystals present.. I have been in extreme pain for months on end, . now going to have bone scan, please can you tell me what all this going on is, and where do I need to go to get proper treatment, I feel I am being shoved under the rug
