What Could Cause Persistent Lower Back Pain After Twisting Injury With Recent Dull Ache And Brown Menstrual Bleeding?

I m having lower back pain. I turned to far to the right a couple months ago and felt something year, my back hasn t been the same. It hurt more after I have slept, getting up hurts and. Then the pain usually stops for the day but the last 2 days it s been a dull ache. I m 53 and a women still get my period occasionally. I have it now but it s only been brown it hasn t turned red like normal.
