What Could Cause Persistent Sharp Pain On The Right Side Of The Stomach Despite Treatment For Staphylococcus?

Hello, what causes a very sharp pain at the right side of the stomach, I have gone to the hospital, for scan, and urine test, though I was diagnosed of staphylococcus and the doctor prescribed drug for me but still the sharp pain persist, please help
