HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this type of symptoms are fairly common in pregnancy and that does not indicate any abnormal happening with the gravid uterus unless proved, there should not be any symptoms, like lower abdominal pain, (Pangs) fever, vomiting, profuse vaginal bleeding, I would advise for ultra sonography, this will rule out the doubt, take care and if possible have word with your gynaecologist, bye.

I find this answer helpful
