What Could Cause Prolonged Headache, Stomach Pain And Vomiting In A Child?

My son has has a severe headache and a tummy ache for the past 24 hours. He has thrown up twice, and has laid n bed with an ice pack on his head all day. I thought it was a migraine, but now I'm not sure because 24 hours seems long for a child's migraine. Any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks for your question dear you should take your child to emergency because this could be a cns infection or or systemic infection or what ever you should be in ER for that doctors can eveluate the patient and it is possible to get admit also because there will be much needed rehydration also so go go
