What Could Cause Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Cramps?

What maybe the problem when a young lady in her 30 s has been bleeding bright red & then orange blood for several day s? Has severe cramps, hard on right side of abdomen & feels like her uterus is falling out.She is presently incarcerated & have askes several times to see a doctor but their response is there is not one here on the week-end!!!! I ask her if she may be pregnant but she did not think so.

If she was pregnant she may be suffering abortion.
Another chance may be endometriosis.
Take advil or mefenamic acid for pain and they also reduce the flow.
