What Could Cause Raised Large Spot Behind Ear?

I found like blind blip, a raised large spot which is painless, i never had any thing like this before, but few months back, I was wearing stud earrings which had long clip touching behind my ear, I also used to sleep on that ear, initially this area was bit sore, I ignored it. I am not wearing this earrings any more.
But this raised spot like cyst or blip is still there. It is my skin colour, but if I pull this area, it becomes White. I am very much worried, read on internet, with different diagnoses, I have taken an appointment with ENT specialist next week.
