What Could Cause Rashes On The Testicles?

Am 19years guy

Actually I have problem near penis.

I have rashes on my balls (testicles) and also on the right and left side of my legs near penis and there is bubble like thing,,, The right and left side of legs near penis have become fully black patches and it itches and it irritates a lot to me,,, plzz help me give some medical advice,

Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Rash you have mentioned is suggestive of infection may be bacterial or fungal. Fungal is more common this area and they itch a lot. I advise you to use triple ointment like Lobate GM or Terbiforce plus for local application.
Antihistamine like Levo-cetrizine can be taken to reduce the itch.
Oral antifungal like fluconazole can be taken weekly.
Maintain proper hygiene of the area.
