What Could Cause Recent Bloody Stools Followed By Diarrhea, Stomach Rumbling, And Elevated Kidney Enzymes?

I’ve had a few bloody stools the past two days. The most recent stools I have had, have been diarrhea with no blood. Now I’m hearing a rumbling noise in my left stomach/ under my boob. All my tests and ct scan we’re normal, they said my kidney enzymes were elected. What could this be?
