What Could Cause Recurred Pimples And Acne On Face?
I m facing an acne problem. Initially i thought they r regular pimples but recently i had to take citrizine and ciplox 500 due to a scalp allergy. then i noticed my face pimples were reduced drastically.Once the course was stopped the pimples came back again. could you please suggest sumthing ?

Since you are having acne over face, I would suggest you to take proper treatment for the same.
Acne can be treated by proper usage of both topical and oral anti acne drugs.
You might need an assessment of your skin condition by a local dermatologist for the same.
In the meantime, you should avoid application of any oils or creams over the face.
Drink plenty of water.
