What Could Cause Red Pin Prick Spots Over Throat And Mouth?

Hi i have been diagnosed with bronchitus I have steroids and antibiotics but i have the most horrific cough for three days no sleep and looking at my throat just now i have small red pin prick spots all over bcak of throat and roof od mouth what would that be ?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the pinoint ulcerations could be because of herpetic virus infection or aphthous ulcerations..consult a oral physician and get it checked...do saline gargling and maintain oral hygiene.. i hope my answer will help you take care..
