What Could Cause Red Spots Spreading On My Toddler, And Are They Related To His Bronchitis?

Hi my 4 yr son has couch webtook him to doc today they said its bronchitis and gave him antibiotics and an inhaler. Also he has these red spots all over kind of looks like chicken pocs but doc said its not and doesnt know what it is. Spots started with maybe 3 or 4 now they are maybe 15 and spreading. Any idea what the red spots could be? Related to the bronchitis or something else?
