Hello and welcome to HCM,
Redness of eyes is most commonly due to infections.
However, infections are associated with pain and/or discharge.
Absence of pain and discharge rules out the possibility of infection.
Bilateral redness can be due to some pathology of the uveal tract.
Uveal tract is composed of
iris, ciliary body and choroid.
Inflammation of the uveal tract can also produce redness of eyes.
Uveal tract inflammation is a
connective tissue disorder.
Presence of
wrist pain and inability to stand from sitting position can be due to primary connective tissue disorder affecting the uveal tract.
You need to consult an ophthalmologist for clinical examination, relevant investigations and thus management.
Thanks and take care
