What Could Cause Regular Heart Palpitations, Shortness Of Breath And Abnormal BP?

My blood pressure is 108/48, I have daily heart palpations and feel short of breath and woozy. Im 42 and a busy mum of 3. We have had a couple of bereavements in the past month but this have been going on for months now, just worse in the past couple of weeks. Thankyou

I would advise you to undergo holter monitoring and check serum electrolytes.
If there they come back normal, then your symptoms are related to anxiety.
