What Could Cause Rough And Thick Skin On The Thumbs?

I have unusual skin on both thumbs. Some loss of feeling as well. I tested negative for autoimmune diseases. The skin is thick and rough. It s starting to spread to other fingers. Any ideas what this could be?

Hi,

You could apply moisturizing cream for symptomatic relief. But I would recommend you to consult your Dermatologist immediately as you are having loss of sensation. Loss of sensation occurs usually due to nerve or blood vessel problem.
