What Could Cause Round And Brownish Pigmentation Around The Anus And Vagina?

Hi there. I have multiple flat light brown to dark brown pigmentations in and around my vagina and Anus. They are not raised, painful, bleeding or itchy. Most of them appear to be round in shape and one color. Is this normal? I can send photos if you will look.
