What Could Cause Sensitive To Touch Labia, Painful To Pass Stools With History Of Miscarriage?

My labia is sensitive to touch a little bit painful to have a Bowel movement also hurts sitting on the toilet just started today anything to be concerned about? We are trying to have a baby and miscarried in march and have been faithful to one another for the whole duration of our marriage.
