What Could Cause Several White Spots On Red Base On Knuckles ?

Hi, I have a like small spot on one of my knuckles on my hand. It started out small with several white spots on a red base. Then the white spots got bigger and then it formed a scab. But the spot has grown around the scab and now it has more white spots that are growing and forming one big white spot. What is this and what can I do about it?

Hi.
As per your case history you are probably having mild eczema on hands.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on your affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid and multivitamin supplements taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
