What Could Cause Severe Buttock Pain Followed By Blood-stained Discharge, And What Is The Remedy?

Hello I have a severe pain at the upper cleavage of my buttock that I couldn't sit comfortable with it. After some weeks I too antibiotics drug now I notice a focus, then in two days a discharge with blood stain were released. Now I want to know what could have caused these and any remedy to it thanks.
