What Could Cause Severe Cramping In Chest And Arms Along With Difficulty In Breathing?

Hi there my name is Shaylene.
For the past couple of years I have been getting these pains in my chest and arm. It's like when I move my left arm into a certain position. It automatically gets stuck, there after I can't breath when I do I get a stabbing pain in my chest this happens for at least 3-5 minutes. It's like a foot cramp but my chest.

Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to musculo-skeletal pain.

Symptomatic relief can be obtained by application of analgesic & muscle relaxant gel, intake of analgesics like Diclofenac (to be taken after food) + Pantoprazole (to be taken 30 minutes before meals).
You can include supplements of Calcium & Vitamin D in your diet which will help in strengthening of bones.
Physiotherapy exercise will also be helpful.

There is no need to worry, you will be fine.
Till then, maintain adequate hydration & nutrition status, take proper rest and avoid stress.
Wishing you a Good Health.
Take care.
