What Could Cause Severe Lower Back Pain With A Bulging, Ball-like Sensation In My Vagina That Makes Sitting Uncomfortable?

Hi good evening Dr I do have lower back pain, a lot, sometimes I feel that when I have a lot of pain than I feel a ball thing in my virgina feels as it want to pop out it is not pain fool but uncomfortable then I cont sit properly please advise what it can be please
