What Could Cause Severe Lower Right Back Pain Above The Butt With Difficulty Moving, Walking, And Occasional Leg Giving Out?

I have really bad lower right side back pain above my butt. When I lay down it causes me to not be able to mi over or get up. When in standing my leg will just give out. When I get up from laying down it s really painful where I cant walk. I will limp.
