Hey there I fainted last night due to pain in my stomach and woke up feeling cold, drowsy and achy as I hit my head and body on the tiles of the bathroom Today morning felt my voice go bad as if I lost my voice due to me calling out for hell last night

It appears you got viral infection. Do warm saline gurgiling and have to take antibiotic anti allergic,analgesic tablet. You should improve. If not then get your self checked by doctor.Throat should be checked. After checking you can go for change of treatment or investigation if required.
