What Could Cause Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen, Weakness And Bloating In A Woman Who Had Undergone Hysterectomy 12 Years Ago?

I have been having strong cramps in my lower abdomen for a couple of days. When I have a bowel movement, the pain is even stronger. Im also very tired. Ive tried aspirin, its not working. Im also bloated. I had a hysterectomy 12 years ago, so definitely not from my period. YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

1) This could be just gastritis.

2) Nothing to do with hysterectomy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Soumya, OBGYN
