What Could Cause Severe Right-sided Stabbing Pain Under The Ribcage With Back Pain, Fluid Retention, And Abdominal Distension?

Hi I have severe sharp stabbing pain in right side, when breathing in, it s under ribcage on side, also goes to back.It always hurts just worse after meal and yawning and deep breaths. I m also retaining a lot of fluid and my stomach is very distended, can you help? They ve done CT S WITH AND WITHOUT CONTRAST , LABS FOR CUSHING DISEASE NO REDULTS! ANY IDEAS WOULD HELP PLEASE
