What Could Cause Severe Right Wrist Pain When Bending, With Associated Elbow Stiffness For 3 Months?

Hi. Whenever I bend my right wrist (I’m right-handed) to wipe after defecating, I experience excruciating pain. (The pain occurs during other random activities throughout the day, but it’s always related to bending it at the same angle as when I wipe.) I’ll mention that my right elbow generally feels somewhat stiff and sore (it’s been feeling this way for about 3 mos.), and it kind of feels that there’s some connection between this issue and my wrist pain. (Though this may not actually be the case.) Thanks for your help!
