What Could Cause Severe Thirst And Frequent Urination?

Hello!
Over the last few days I have been extremely thirsty and cant seem to make it go away. I am also peeing more than usual as a result. I hardly have an appetite though. I was tested for diabetes last year and came back negative. Would it be possible to have developed it since then?
