What Could Cause Shaking In Legs?

I am 10 and this has been happening for a few years , my legs shake , it's just a sudden shake and happens on one leg at a time although the “shake" is more like my leg lifting up then stopping and usually a few seconds later the other leg.please help!

What at all you can do is :
* Maintain your hydration levels.
* Avoid excess standing in single position.
* Do regular exercises at home & regular walking .
* Have high protein & iron rich diet.
* In case if you think more problemetic can consult your family doctor for
physical examination.
